Meet Rusty! <br/><br/>Rusty is a sweet little 1 year old Yorkie with an unforgettable face and a whole lot of personality packed into a tiny body! He is incredibly attentive to his people and loves nothing more than being right by your side. If you're looking for a little shadow, Rusty may be your guy! At bedtime, his favorite place is snuggled up right next to his person.<br/><br/>Rusty is playful, affectionate, and always excited to see you. One of his most endearing qualities is the way he gets so excited when you walk through the door — he makes sure you know just how much you were missed!<br/><br/>He has been around children as well as both large and small dogs, and cats, and generally enjoys playing and being part of the action. Rusty can also be protective of his people and his personal space. When he feels uncomfortable or thinks he needs to defend something important to him, he may yelp or nip to communicate that boundary. His future family should be willing to recognize his signals, give him appropriate space, and continue helping him learn that he doesn't always have to be the tiny household security guard.<br/><br/>Rusty does well riding in the car and is currently working on his leash skills, walks, and potty training.
