Rusty is 5 years old, and on the small side – about 25 pounds. He is dog and kid friendly, and doggie door trained. He has been diagnosed with valley fever, which is a common fungal disease here in the southwest. Rusty’s adopter will be required to follow up with regular vet visits to test his valley fever titer, and he will need to be on the medication until his titers come down. We do not know how long this will be. Some dogs are on the medication for life, and some are not. The cost of medication is approximately $50 per month.

This dog's adoption fee is a minimum $100.00 donation to help us save more dogs. Southern Arizona Beagle Rescue, SoAZBR is an all-volunteer group. One hundred percent of your donation is used for the care and treatment needy beagles. Your donation is 100% tax deductible, too.
