He was a stray never claimed from a overcrowded shelter in Utah. <br/>We've had rookie about a week now and he's been neutered and brought current on all vaccines. He has proven to be an extremely easy to get along with dog. Very quiet, very clean, very well mannered. He knows all his basic obedience. That said, he does show some signs of abusive handling. He's a little cringey if you reach for him too fast, he doesn't like to be spoken to harshly and he'll avoid being touched if he's afraid of you or doesn't know you. He likes to play with toys and fetch, but he's not psycho about it. He enjoys snuggling on the couch. As much as he enjoys hiking in the mountains. He gets along with all the other dogs really well and doesn't chase the cat! He could make a perfect addition to your active outdoorsy Pacific Northwest family home!
