Romy White German Shepherd Mix Akron, OH

Romy is a one year old white shepherd husky mix. He loves to be busy and would run for hours with you if you wanted him to. He can be entertained while playing with his Kong or a bone and won’t chew inappropriate things if you give him an ample supply of things he can chew on. He loves a plastic bottle with frozen treats in it that he can open and destroy while he’s outside! He’s still earning his space in the house and isn’t left unattended in a room where there are things he’ll be tempted to chew. He is not aggressive and is crate trained and house trained. Amazingly loud noises like thunder and fireworks barely take his notice. He does ok with other dogs, but is persistent and needs help learning when to take a play break. Does fairly well on a leash. Cats are a mystery and I wouldn't recommend for families with real little kids as he has no boundaries, but again he's not aggressive. He requires a fully fenced yard and a family with lots of love to offer. He needs someone to help him learn to be calm and greet people without jumping or mouthing people’s hands.
