Everyone meet Rollo! Rollo is a super sweet boy who is especially fond of people. He is a typical Husky with high energy that appreciates a good walk. He is a large boy that’s very gentle in his affection. He had issues with being locked in small places at the shelter but hasn’t exhibited any whatsoever at his foster home. He does well with boundaries set and hasn’t attempted to jump a baby gate that he could with little effort. We believe him to be about five years old. They say not to trust him with chickens but I haven’t met a Husky yet that I would. With that in mind, he would not be a good candidate for homes with cats. He’s a lover that craves the attention of people around him. He isn’t very tolerant of being overwhelmed by his foster sisters and brothers, so he needs to be an only dog. He’s learning some simple commands such as sit and no. He’s quick to listen and reaches a paw out for approval. He’ll make a great addition to the lucky family that’s chosen to adopt him. Unfortunately, Rollo tested heartworm positive. He will be getting treated and neutered when it’s safe. He is current on vaccines, prevention and microchipped.
