Meet Rocket

And the cuteness just keeps coming! Say hello to Rocket!

Okay, hear me out. If you were to imagine a life-sized stuffed animal, what would it look like? I am positive it would look just like Rocket! I mean he is cuddly, he is fluffy, and you just wanna carry him around everywhere you go! Rocket is another puppy that you are going to want to bring home. We are going to kick off his bio, with some info from his foster mom!

"Rocket is more laid back than his brother but still playful. Loves to eat and nap. He explores the puppy yard and wrestles with his brother and sister. Loves toys. His puppy-dog looks will have you wrapped around his paw."

Rocket joined our fluffy butt family after his owner couldn't find homes for him and his siblings. This whole litter is too cute for words. However, I love Rocket's brown and white markings! They are so unique. I wonder if he will keep them, or if the brown will turn more gold as he grows up.

Rocket is a 6 week old male Great Pyrenees mix. He currently weighs about 8lbs. We expect him to top out somewhere in the 80lb range, but that is a rough guesstimate! Rocket is calmer than his siblings, but has his playful moments still!

??To Rockets' Future Family??
-----------------------------------------

? Rocket is still a baby. This means his new family needs to be ready to work with him on his; leash training, potty training, basic house manners, obedience training, and be ready to show him right from wrong. Reagan may be too cute for words, but having a puppy is a lot of work. His new family needs to ensure that they have lots of time on their hands to work with him.

?It is very important that his new family socialize him. You can read more about the importance of socialization at https://www.akc.org/expert.../training/puppy-socialization/

?Rocket is being fostered around other dogs and cats and does well. He is curious about the big dogs and likes playing with his siblings.

?Rocket is still working on his potty training. Currently, he is baby-gated to a certain area in his foster home and does well with that. He has no experience with a kennel at this time.

?? Adopting Rocket ??

Rocket would be perfect for any family looking for a more laid-back puppy. One that isn't bouncing of the walls, but still likes to play and hang out with the family. He would love another doggie playmate. However, if his new family was home most of the day he would also do well as an only dog.

?Rocket will be ready to go home around June 10th after his second puppy shots. His new family should plan to pick him up around this time.?

Rocket is being fostered in Sand Springs, OK. His new family needs to be able to pick him up(even if they are out of state). No commercial transports and no shipping. Just a fun road trip with him and his new family! ?~~

His adoption fee is $275. That includes two sets of puppy shots and wormings. He will also have had a bordetella. He will be micro-chipped, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on heart-worm and flea/tick prevention.

Has Rocket stolen your heart? If so, you can get your heart back and welcome Rocket to your family by applying at https://www.pyrpawsandfluffytailsrescue.com/adoption-app
