Our Riva(aka Sophie) girl is still looking for her furever family!

I have never met a dog with more character than Riva! She is hilarious! She talks back to you when you tell her to stop barking or move out of the way. As she walks away she is literally grumbling to herself...it is HILARIOUS! She is very in tune with her senses and will be sure to alert you if she hears anything funny. Sometimes she will watch TV, and sometimes she will talk to it when she hears something.

Riva is good with other dogs and loves to play with them. She will also let them know when she wants her space. She loves rough housing with her people, and once you are done playing she will give you a hug and a kiss. She loves patrolling her yard, and is sure to chase away anything trying to sneak into the yard. She is totally potty trained, and is not a chewer. She does fine with cats, but will give chase if they run. She can be pretty rambunctious at times, so should go to a home with kids 12+.

Riva has excellent house manners and is given free-roam when her fosters are away. At night, she sleeps downstairs on the couch or doggie bed. She has excellent leash manners, and hops right in the car. Riva is a giant fluffy butt and weighs about 90lbs. She has fluff for days, and her tail just allows her fur to cascade down.
