Rio's Story
Okay, so he may not be a bright blue macaw from Rio, but our Rio is every bit as fun, lovable, and ready for an adventure!

Rio is a 9-month-old Beagle/Bloodhound mix who has a nose for fun and a heart for people. He's good with kids and all kinds of animals, so he's ready to find his very own flock to call family.
Just like the Rio movie, this boy is all about adventures, fun, and finding his people. His favorite activity? FETCH! Throw the ball and Rio is ready to go! When the adventure is over, he's more than happy to snuggle up next to his favorite humans and soak up some love.

Of course, Rio is still a puppy, which means he occasionally gets into a little mischief. His current hobby is chewing-because apparently everything is more interesting when it fits in your mouth. Give him the right toys, though, and he'll happily redirect those puppy teeth to something he's actually allowed to chew!

Rio is looking for the perfect family who will give him plenty of playtime, cuddles, patience, and love as he grows into the amazing dog he's meant to be.
He may not be flying through the streets of Rio de Janeiro, but this Rio is ready to dance his way right into your heart.

His next adventure is waiting... could it be with you?
