Ricky Ricardo

Ricky Ricardo and Lucy's owner was detained by ICE in September of 2025. A friend of their owner would visit and bring them food. There is no info on whether the owner is still in custody or deported. The owner's landlord wanted them out. We made the decision step up and take them into our care. Reuniting them with their family would be ideal, but it seems unlikely we will be able to locate their owner.<br/>We are seeking a long-term foster for Ricky and Lucy where they can be loved and cared for. <br/>Lucy will undoubtedly be fospice. She is between 12-13 years old.<br/>She is riddled with mammory tumors, she has a heart murmur on both sides, bad teeth, an abscess, an inguinal hernia, arthritis, and tattered ears. We've been told that she is not a candidate for surgery. She would not likely survive surgery. She is hw negative, and now fully vaccinated.<br/>Ricky is hw negative, now neutered and fully vaccinated. <br/>He has a scar where his head had been split from an unknown injury or attack. Ricky is between 8-10 years old.<br/>They get along with other dog and cats.
