Caring Animal Rescue INC is a 100% volunteer-run, no-kill international 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2) organization. Our mission is to eliminate the overpopulation, abuse, and neglect of domesticated animals globally while rehabilitating and placing homeless pets into permanent, loving homes.
