Queenie has been with MPBR for over a year. Her story is a sad one: she came from animal control after being part of hoarding case. She spent her whole life in a crate, only getting out to go potty. With that being said, she was very timid & shy when we took her into the rescue. With a lot of love, patience, & time spent building her confidence. Queenie is a totally new dog. Although she still may be a little shy on meeting new people, she warms up quickly and loves to snuggle and be close to her humans. She spends most of her time snoozing on the couch snoring, but loves to go on walks (& gets very excited when her leash comes out). Oh, and breakfast & dinner are her very favorite times of the day. She is also very comfortable with her crate, and spends a lot of time in there by her own choice (& doesn’t make a peep in her crate, either).
