Meet Princess Scarlett
Meet Princess Scarlett!
A few weeks ago we got a message about a 9 year old boxer mix that was brought into one of our partner clinics for euthanasia. Her dads life had changed and a move had brought him to a point that Princess would not be able to travel with him. He had tried to find her a new home but did not have any luck. Because of her age, he thought that any shelter or rescue would have euthanized her, and he didn’t want her to be alone during that time. Without hesitation we said yes.
Princess Scarlett (princess being the name she came with, and Scarlett for the one who spoke up about us helping and then transported her to us) is as sweet as can be. She wants nothing more than a comfy dog bed to nap on and love from her people. Princess is fabulous in a crate, but is trustworthy out of a crate too. Princess is potty trained and is a well mannered lady. Princess does like most dogs who are laid back like her.
We are looking for a foster home or a forever home for Princess Scarlett. If interested in letting this lady sleep on your couch, apply today at farfetcheddogrescue.org
