Meet Prince
Name: Prince
Age: 6 years old
Gender: Male
Location: Houston, TX
Adoption Fee: $350
Prince needs an experienced Chinese Crested owner. He will NOT be adopted to a family that is new to the breed. He has some odd quirks that Cresteds can have. Read what his foster mom says about Prince.
He’s a bigger boy but he’s thick and stocky. He’s not super tall or long. He does the spins and chases his leg instead of his tail at a speed faster than any I’ve seen.
Prince was surrendered from an owner that said he hated her and growled at her all the time. He has been with me for over a month now and it is NOT hate or aggression. He will grumble and snarl his lips when approached sometimes. But I talk to him, pet him, pick him up and even kiss him in his grumble. It’s part a fear from past response. He consistently comes to us for love, pets, and loves to snuggle on or next to you on the sofa. He wants love and needs someone who understands the quirks and where they are coming from.
