Popeye is just the sweetest lady!<br/>SHe is guessed to be a rat terrier type of mix, but honestly, who knows!<br/>What we do know, is she is a fun loving girl who is energetic and cheerful!<br/>She may be a tad insecure at first, but does warm up fast and is a lovely little citizen. <br/>She does not have a ton of skills yet, but with a little time, she will be a willing partner as she is a quick learner and wants to please!<br/>She will bond to her people, so be prepared for a dog who will adore you once she realizes she is safe <br/>SHe is doing great with crate training, and is doing well with basic house manners. <br/>SHe does great with the other dogs in her foster home and is learning to respect cats as well! <br/><br/><br/>To meet her, apply here:<br/><br/>https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/KOTR/Dog
