He is 4 years old and keeps a clean kennel so he may be housebroken. Poogie was found on Main Street in The Plains. He currently weighs 20 pounds. Poogie has been neutered and is up to date on shots. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay and neuter (ARRIVED 4/9/26)
