Meet Pepper

Hi, my name is Pepper and I'm a lovely 6 year old greyhound mix. Some nice people brought me to the vet college in Saskatoon to have porcupine quills removed from my mouth and neck. I had these quills for awhile so I couldn't eat or drink. I became very skinny, dehydrated and weak. After my surgery, I'm recovering very well! Gaining weight and strength again.

My foster Mom says I'm a very good boy. I'm very laid back and I like to wag my tail and give teeth smiles! Foster mom says it's very cute. I eat very well now. In fact, meal and treat time gets my tail wagging!

If you have a nice soft spot for me to curl up on and take me for some walks, I think we could be very good friends! I'm not high energy and I do very well with other dogs too. My foster home has a small bunny and we are friends too.

Hope to meet my forever home soon! Pepper is dewormed, microchipped, current on vaccines and has been neutered.
