Meet Penny
No one exemplifies happiness and joy for life more than our Penny. This girl is simply always happy and smiling.
Every day we shake our heads and are astonished that this sweet, happy, easy going dog is not adopted!
Penny came to us, homeless and pregnant. This girl delivered and raised the sweetest and most beautiful babies.
Penny is about 2 years old and her breed is anyone’s guess. She has the happy disposition of a Golden Retriever (plus the feather’s to match), the smile and exuberance for life of a Boxer, and the love of all things people and cars (any breed ?)!
Penny does not like cats and loves to chase any little furry creatures that move. Penny can be dog selective and therefore we think her perfect home would not have another dog so that she can spend all of her time with her humans.
She will lay with you while you garden or happily go for a walk. She is the first to cuddle up with you while you watch tv.
She can initially be a little shy with some men so a home that is patient and understands this may initially be a little hiccup is ideal. Penny would also prefer a quieter home versus a loud and busy home.
Penny is crate trained, housebroken, spayed, and up to date on vaccines.
We consider Penny the perfect size at 50 pounds but we may be a little biased.
