Pearl's Story
Name: Pearl
DOB: December 2024
Weight: 20 lbs

Meet Pearl!

Pearl is a female french bulldog who came to B&B from a local shelter with her sister, Sandy, where they were owner surrendered.

Pearl is a spunky, funky, cuddly Frenchie! She loves all people and has been great with kids. She loves to snuggle and spend all day with her person. She is leash reactive to other dogs and will need someone who can continue teaching her how to manage those reactions! She does however love to go on walks and does very well.

Pearl always needs to be within 5 feet of her person - she is such a lap dog and loves to give kisses, and if you stop her before she’s finished, she will paw you for more love! She is a typical frenchie and loves all the snuggles and attention! Pearl would make the best buddy to a lucky someone! Her ideal home is an adopter with frenchie experience (the medical needs that come along with owning frenchies), a home without other dogs, and with an adopter who works from home. Pearl absolutely loves a yard as well - so a fenced yard is ideal for her.

Pearl is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations and monthly preventatives. Her adoption fee is $375. She will require an owner committed to continued training for her leash reactivity. To apply to adopt Pearl, visit www.beaglesandbentleys.org/adopt.

Note: Sending a Petfinder inquiry is not submitting an application. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.

Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
