Meet PEANUT
Peanut is 6 1/2 years old and is currently in the Edmonton area. She is a sweet loving dog who loves lots of attention. She seems to think others out walking are really only there to pet her - and many want to. She enjoys regular walks that are more like leisurely strolls.
Peanut came to the rescue with many health issues that have mostly been cleared. She had chin and paw infections that cleared up with a hypoallergenic dog food. Do to swelling in her ears she will have ongoing ear infections that will need to be treated with medication. Peanut was very overweight, but has already lost 7lbs while in care.
Peanut would make a wonderful apartment dog. She is NOT a morning dog - she prefers to eat and go back to sleep for an hour before going out for her first pee/walk. When left alone, she mostly sleeps or waits by the door for your return. And she hardly barks.
Peanut does not get along with other dogs (and probably cats) and would do best being the only dog.
All funds raised in Peanut’s name will be used towards her unprecedented medical expenses.
