He’s got that easygoing, “hey, whatever you’re doing, I’m in” kind of vibe that just makes life better.<br/><br/>Now, full transparency from someone who’s seen a lot of dogs: my version of “great” might look a little different than “perfect.” If you’re dreaming of a silent, couch-shaped, perfectly polished pup who never has a moment… Patches might gently encourage you to expand your horizons 😄<br/><br/>Because Patches? He’s the fun kind of great. The “let’s hit the trails and then crash at home like we earned it” kind of great. He’s just as happy exploring the woods as he is lounging nearby, keeping you company.<br/><br/>That said—this handsome guy comes with some Australian Shepherd energy and instincts. Aussies are smart, active, and like to have a little purpose in life (don’t we all?). Because of that, we’re ideally looking for someone with herding breed experience. If not, you’ll need to be ready for a dog who’s got a brain, a bounce, and opinions.<br/><br/>We’re also aiming for adopters who can keep up with him long-term, so we’re not placing him in a senior household. Our goal is always the same: a forever match where both human and dog are living their best lives together.<br/><br/>Bottom line: Patches isn’t looking for perfect—he’s looking for his people. And when he finds them? Oh, it’s going to be a really good story.<br/><br/>ADOPTION FEE: $750<br/><br/>To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION at fluffydog.net<br/><br/>Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. We do not guarantee dog breeds.<br/>WI License #270548.
