Pachy's Story

πŸš—πŸΎ Adoptable Pachy is proof that shelter life doesn't tell the whole story. πŸΎπŸ’™
Spend five minutes with Pachy outside of his kennel, and you'll meet a completely different dog.
This handsome 2-year-old absolutely loves car rides and has become a favorite companion for our staff and volunteers during Doggy Day Outs. Whether it's running errands, taking a scenic drive, or simply getting out to explore the world, Pachy is happiest riding along and spending quality time with his people.
Shelter life is stressful, and that stress doesn't always show who a dog truly is. Away from the kennel, Pachy has shown us just how wonderful he can be. He loves attention, enjoys learning (especially when treats are involved!), and forms strong bonds with the people he trusts.
Pachy is a big, powerful boy who is still working on his leash manners, so he'll need someone who can confidently handle his strength and continue his training. He can also become overstimulated in busy environments, which is why he'd thrive in a calmer home without small children. He does not mind the company of other dogs, but will need a dog friend who can handle his size!
The right family won't just be adopting a dog--they'll be giving Pachy the chance to leave kennel stress behind and become the loyal companion we know he can be. He cannot wait to be someone's best friend for life!
If you're looking for a best friend who will happily ride along on your everyday adventures, Pachy is ready to claim the passenger seat. πŸ’™

πŸ“ 730 Church Street New Kensington, PA
πŸ“ Adoption Application: https://form.jotform.com/213275062626049
πŸ“§ adoptions@animalprotectors.net
πŸ“ž (724) 339-7388
