Fenced in yard and living in Rochester area required to adopt.

Otis is a 3 month old puppy from Mississippi. He was one of 9 puppies and was listed as a lab mix although he seems to have some border collie in him. Otis LOVES to eat. He is quick to gobble down his kibble and then tries to eat his sister’s food also. He is a typical puppy and is not fully housebroken yet. He gets along well with dogs and cats. Otis has become more of a love bug since he has gotten comfortable in his foster home and wants to be picked up and cuddle more often.
We are looking for a fenced in yard (physical) in the Rochester NY area for him to safely run and play in. We expect him to be around 35/40 lbs as an adult going by his current size.

All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.

Adoption fees:
Puppy to 1 yr of age: $275 to $400
1 yr to 6 yrs of age: $250 -$350
6 yrs to 8 yrs of age: $200 -250
Over 9 yrs of age: Adoption fee varies
*NOTE* Purebreds and Designer breeds, regardless of age are $325 to $400
