Health: . Oliver is in good health. He is heartworm negative and fully vaccinated and neutered. He came to us in need of a dental and lost all but four teeth. He has had surgery on his knee to repair a torn muscle and bad kneecap and has fully recovered. NO JUMPING! = )

Other than needing to be on a joint supplement for life and no going up and down stairs, he is doing wonderfully and enjoying a pain free life now! As with any dog with joint surgery, the possibility for future arthritis and pain management is enevitable, but he is not in any pain now and is enjoying his life.

Temperament: Oliver is easy going and enjoys people. He spent his life with a senior citizen in a quiet home. He enjoys car rides! He likes other dogs who are gentle and likes to play with his toys.

My Ideal Home: Oliver would do best in a quiet home with a fenced in yard with another small dog that is laid back like he is. He does not require walks daily since he had surgery, but he can walk around a yard and enjoy swim therapy! He came to us when his senior adult owner passed on. He is used to a spoiled life that is quiet and filled with lots of love. Car rides, he loves them!
