He was very afraid when he first came into care, but he is improving every day. He is still nervous when hearing loud noises, and he's cautious of quick movements. He will be a flight risk at first until he knows he's home and bonds with his family. Oliver has a low to medium energy level. This cute little guy loves to play with the other dogs and he's learning to play with toys. He enjoys leash walks and loves to curl up and snooze with his person. Oliver would do best in a home with a person, couple, or family who is patient and will give him time to adjust. He will need a quiet environment with no small children.
