Olaf is a 14-week-old Great Pyrenees/Husky mix with a BIG personality and an even bigger love for sticks Whether he’s exploring the yard, playing with his dog friends, or proudly showing off his latest stick find, Olaf is always bringing the fun! This goofy boy has recently discovered his voice and loves to “talk back” — his silly little conversations will keep you laughing every day âœ ̈ Crate trained (sleeps through the night!) âœ ̈ Potty trained with frequent outings âœ ̈ Knows “sit” & “paw” âœ ̈ Loves blueberries, squeaky toys & all the sticks Olaf is the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and just a little bit sassy He loves other dogs, giving kisses, and being part of the action. All Ruff Redemption Dogs are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive a minimum of two distemper/parvo vaccines, medication for the treatment and prevention of intestinal worms, and monthly heart worm/flea prevention while in our care. Rabies vaccines are given if the dog is 16 weeks of age or older.

Ruff Redemption Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

Thank you for wanting to adopt a Ruff Redemption Dog. All of our available dogs are in foster homes; we do not have a shelter. Our foster families are located throughout metro Atlanta with most residing in Cherokee county. An application must be submitted and approved prior to scheduling a meet. Most of our dogs require single family homes with fenced yards. Applications are available at ruffredemption.org under the Adopt tab. At minimum, our dogs receive the following prior to adoption, heart worm/flea prevention at intake and every 30 days while in our care, spay/neuter, a minimum of 2 distemper/parvo boosters, rabies vaccination (if over 15 weeks of age), broad spectrum deworming and microchip with registration. A heart worm screen is performed for dogs 7 months of age and older. Crate training and potty training begin at time of intake. Depending on the dog's age and length of stay in foster care, she/he may or may not be fully house trained.
