Oggy Pit Bull Terrier Mix Springfield, MO

Some call me a senior dog. That just means I have years of experience in the fine art of friendship. My name is Oggy. I am a dashing, 9 year old, 85 lbs, Male Pit Bull Terrier mix. I am a friendly giant and can live well with other dogs and even cats. As an older gentleman, I have already mastered all of that house training stuff. The crate, however, is something that I am just now learning all about and still not so sure about it yet. I would really rather have a family that is home most of the day so that I can hang out on the couch and go to sleep in the bed with you. I am a smart fella that knows what "no" means as well as, "come," "down," and "sit." While I am good on the leash, I would much rather have a fence so that I can explore while I figure out where to do my business. This old fella still has flashes of energy and I would love to have a fence to get my occasional burst of energy out of the way. Time has, unfortunately, had a little bit of wear on my joints and I do take medication for arthritis and hip dysplasia. While I am laid back and well-mannered enough for apartment life, I am just way too big. So, no apartment life for me, please. My adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
