Noodles's Story

Noodles was surrendered into our care when the health of both her senior parents declined to the point where they could no longer take care of her. Noodles is 14 years old, weighs 20 lbs., and is very sweet and friendly. A volunteer shared that upon meeting Noodles for the first time, she climbed right into her lap!

Her family shared the following information about Noodles:
* She enjoys going for walks and playing with toys, including fetch.
* She is house-trained and crate-trained.
* She has not lived with another dog previously but has done well in play groups when boarding.
* She is a great companion.

Noodles went on a two-week Frosted Fling receiving lots of TLC while we learned more about her in a comfy home environment. Her foster mom shares:

"Little Noodles is the sweetest girl and loves to cuddle up on the couch and go on walks. She can walk for a pretty solid amount of time (we went about 2 miles and she was game to keep going). She does well on her leash. She loves sniffing and exploring the neighborhood.

We went on a little beach adventure, and Noodles loved being there but was not interested in going in the water. But she loved chasing the birds! She can be a little reactive barking at some dogs when she's out getting walks but not with all dogs though. I haven't figured out yet why she's extremely tolerant of some dogs, and barking at others. Other than that, she is very sweet, easygoing, and chill all-around.

Noodles is well-behaved when left alone at my apartment. She does not seem to have separation anxiety and doesn't bark much at all. She is well-behaved for my dog walker. Noodles is a wonderful, faithful companion who loves to be around her person and snuggle. She is very mellow and easy to take care of. Also, she loves car rides and sleeps well through the night."

To meet Noodles, please email:
placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org
