Nina's Story

This is a courtesy listing please contact the person in this bio if you are interested in Nina.

Meet Nina a 4.5 month old female with fawn speckles. One Blue eye One Green eye
Breed: Mixed breed, possibly Australian shepherd and bully mix. Short coat.

Weight: ~15 lbs, should max out at 35 lbs.

Likes: Playing with her foster dog brother, chasing a tennis ball, exploring on walks, and any kind of attention! She loves to cuddle and be held.

Dislikes: Nothing so far!

Crate trained/House broken: Nina is about 95% housebroken. Her foster mom works long days, and her age doesn't allow her to always hold it that long.

Energy level: Medium - she has big energy to start, but quickly mellows with exercise. Sitting down to cuddle is big excitement at first, but quickly settles into snoozing in your lap.

Medical notes: She is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

Notes from foster: Nina is the friendliest, happiest pup I've ever encountered! Her loving personality and cute bunny ears will steal your heart. She was found dumped with her littlermate, extremely malnourished and dehydrated - despite her state and situation, she immediately came to me and curled into my lap upon first sight. She is a bundle of joy and excitement, and clearly craves a home where she can curl up with her human in downtime. Nina adores children, but she might be too bouncy for very small children - I would recommend ages 5+. She has not had the opportunity to meet cats, but does not seem to have a strong prey drive. She has done well with other dogs.

Please contact Holland Beeson at holland.berson@gmail.com or
(301) 502-6665.
