Animal Rescue Foster Program

Program Overview The Animal Rescue & Foster Program, founded in 1992, is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization supported by membership and private donations. ARFP receives no funding from the state, county, or city. Mission The Animal Rescue & Foster Program is dedicated to helping abandoned puppies and kittens. ARFP provides temporary foster homes and medical care for homeless puppies and kittens and places them in permanent adoptive homes with responsible pet owners.
