Ms. Snow Flake Sparkle

Hi... my name is Sparkle. And I think I finally understand why they gave me that name. <br/><br/>Maybe it’s because, even after everything I’ve been through, I still have a little sparkle in my heart. <br/><br/>I’m a Maltese / Yorkie mix, only 6 months old and about 10 pounds. I have a soft white coat with little cream-colored spots, a happy heart, and a whole lot of love packed into my tiny body.<br/><br/>I'm already spayed, up to date on my vaccines, microchipped and crate trained.<br/><br/>I will travel from northern California to Ridgefield, WA to live with my foster family. I was just one little dog among so many others, waiting for someone to notice me.<br/><br/>Then rescue came. <br/><br/>Suddenly, I was safe.<br/><br/>I learned what it feels like to be cared for. To play without worrying. To run around and just be a puppy. To have people look at me with love instead of wondering what would happen to me next.<br/><br/>And you know what?<br/><br/>After everything, I still LOVE everyone. <br/><br/>I love people.<br/><br/>I love other dogs.<br/><br/>I love running, playing, exploring, getting attention, and making new friends. Honestly, I pretty much think everyone I meet is supposed to become my best friend!<br/><br/>I’ve even spent time around horses, chickens, goats, and sheep. <br/><br/>I may only weigh 10 pounds, but I can hang with the whole ranch crew! <br/><br/>My rescue family says I’m happy-go-lucky.<br/><br/>I think that just means I’m really, really happy to be alive. <br/><br/>I’m spayed, microchipped, up to date on my vaccines, and current on flea and tick prevention.<br/><br/>So there really isn’t anything left for me to do...<br/><br/>Except wait for you.<br/><br/>I’ve already been one of 13.<br/><br/>Now, for the first time in my little life, I want to know what it feels like to be someone’s ONE. <br/><br/>I want my own family.<br/><br/>My own little bed.<br/><br/>My own people to follow around the house.<br/><br/>My own adventures.<br/><br/>My own arms to fall asleep in.<br/><br/>And someone who looks at me and says:<br/><br/>“Sparkle, you’re home.
