Meet MISSY and PEANUT (must stay together)

MISSY and PEANUT are 2 small dogs that lost their home just recently, the owner was placed in a Care Facility that doesn't allow pets....sadly many don't....!

The family was determined not to dump them at a shelter and has been working hard to find them and also the cats a Rescue!

PEANUT: 10 lbs pomeranian / chi hua mix approx 5 yrs
she's gentle and docile, just a little more feisty then Missy but in a good way.....she barks at strangers!!
She came from the Martinez shelter

MISSY: 15 lbs pug / chi hua mix approx 9 yrs
very quiet and docile, you don't even know she's here....! She was adopted from the Antioch Shelter originally
She LOVES belly rubs and is more the kissy one.

These are THE SWEETEST little souls that wouldn't hurt a fly and do not cause ANY trouble! They are adapting surprisingly well to being at a Rescue, have no separation anxiety or destructiveness and are doing well with house-breaking and can be walked at the same time! They lived with several cats and are completely cat safe!

They would prefer to be "lap dogs" but don't have to be....they are also independent and are fine on their own. They are not "needy" dogs....very low maintenance

Missy is crate trained and goes into the crate on her own (sometimes) but we don't crate them here....
They are not in any way destructive and are basically couch potatoes so there's actually no need for them to be crated

They have fit right in with the other dogs and peacefully co-exist with the sanctuary cat!

They have lived together in their home for several years and that's long enough to become bonded so they MUST stay together!

If you aren't interested in BOTH that's ok....! We will have to wait patiently for someone who is.....
