Miss Trixxy is ready to find her forever home!

This beautiful lady has been through her share of trauma and is ready to settle in her forever home. Miss Trixxy arrived from Kentucky, where after losing her owner she was brought to our partner shelter. Having suffered from a couple of different but significant dog attacks, this sweet girl struggles when she meets unfamiliar people and dogs, and her fear can cause her to nip or bite.

That said, once Miss Trixxy trusts her surroundings and her people, she loves fully!
A fast learner, Miss Trixxy has already mastered sit, touch, find your place and wait. She is also housebroken and sleeps through the night. Such a good girl! Oh, and Miss Trixxy think she's a lapdog, often fully crawling into her people's lap when they're working at the computer to remind them she's there and she loves them.

The ideal family for Miss Trixxy does not have any kids, is patient and dog savvy. She will need encouragement and support to face this scary world.
