Meet Mirella
Mirella is our “super senior” cockatoo, abandoned by her family in Puerto Rico. She is estimated to be 12-14 years old, very sweet and good with other dogs. This poor darling is in good health and still has years left to love a family and be loved back. She is scheduled to travel in our Homeward Bound Mission in early August when we are transporting approximately 30 dogs and puppies on their freedom flight to the US. She is still currently in shelter in Puerto Rico awaiting the transport preparations and we hope to have a family waiting for her upon arrival! Mirella has been spayed, is completely vaccinated, 4DX tested and dewormed as well as vet checked.
