Millie is a big, loving girl (95lbs and gaining) and she seems to love everyone she meets human and dog. One day, during recess she heard the children playing outside and couldn't resist joining the fun at the local elementary school. The kids loved her and were all over her, she loved every minute. But the teachers called animal control and she was picked up and taken in. We don't know where she came from, no one came forward to claim her.<br/><br/>Millie is the epitome of sweetness and calm. She stole the show on a recent trip to Starbucks, charming everyone with her big gentle presence. Her laid-back demeanor makes her the perfect companion for a relaxing day out or a cozy night in.<br/><br/>Millie loves everyone but cats. She is quite sure cats are evil and she does not want to be friends.<br/><br/>Millie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heart worm negative and on preventative. <br/><br/>Foster & delivery Information — Please Read<br/><br/>This dog is fostered with one of our rescue families in Texas and is available to travel north on our scheduled trips, which run at least twice each month.<br/><br/>Due to recent technical changes on this site that began in early December, dogs fostered outside an adopter’s immediate area may not appear unless filters are adjusted. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round.<br/><br/>Puppies under 6–8 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy’s first birthday, at the adopter’s expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee.<br/>⸻<br/>About Our Rescue<br/>Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
