Our Mission

Atlanta Texas Spay Neuter Project was established to provide spay and neuter services for dogs and cats belonging to low-income families in Cass County and the surrounding Ark-La-Tex region. Through this work, we have witnessed firsthand the cruelty and neglect that many animals endure. We frequently encounter litters of unwanted puppies surrendered by owners, as well as many more abandoned along rural roads. In response, we have made it our mission to do everything we can to help break this cycle and improve the lives of animals in our community. We can proudly say we have adopted and transported more than 2500 pets to Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. We respond to emails daily. Adoption Policy

We have an application that we ask of everyone. We are looking for great homes for our dogs and cats where they will be loved as family members. All of our dogs are in Texas, and we transport once they have been adopted. We transport to the following locations: Herculaneum, MO. Collinsville, Springfield, Bloomington, Oglesby, Roscoe, and Plainfield, Il. Sun Prairie, Fond Du Lac, and Menomonee Falls, WI. Transport trips run every other weekend.
