Meet Mikey
Meet MIKEY!
A 2 year old, 45-pound pup that likely didn't have a chance in the Central California shelter before Boise Bully Breed Rescue brought him to Idaho.
We learned that he rides well in the car and is housetrained. While in the car, MIKEY showed us that he knows how to play 'treasure hunt' to look for hidden yummy treats. He walks well on leash enjoying all the new smells; could be your next adventure dog. MIKEY loves to be aware of everything around him, but was easy to get his attention. He seems to bond quickly to people (acted like a velcro dog-in-training during one volunteer outing and he hugs the clinic staff). Watch MIKEY blossom when dogs are around. Future player for sure! Will need obedience training as he hasn't shown us that he knows many tricks.
