DOB: 12/8/2024)<br/>Gender: Male<br/>Spayed/Neutered: Yes<br/>Medical Notes: Meeko occasionally has a mild limp caused by a congenital joint development issue in his right shoulder (the joint didn’t fully develop during growth). His veterinarian has confirmed that surgery is not needed and he can live a happy, normal life. He greets everyone like an old friend and thrives on affection, belly rubs, and simply being close to his people.<br/><br/>True to his Golden personality, Meeko carries sunshine wherever he goes. He’s happy, affectionate, and endlessly sweet, the kind of dog who will quietly rest beside you after a walk or proudly trot over with one of his “treasures” he’s decided to hide around the house. His playful little habit of collecting and stashing things will make you laugh more than once.<br/><br/>Because of his shoulder, Meeko isn’t looking for a marathon running partner—but he is looking for a family who appreciates the quieter joys of life: leisurely walks, backyard lounging, car rides, and lots of cuddles.
