His adopter should be prepared to build his confidence gradually and give him plenty of time, patience, and encouragement as he learns that outdoor adventures can be safe and enjoyable.<br/><br/>Max loves meeting other dogs and may thrive in a home with a confident canine companion who can help him feel more comfortable and secure. Because Max is still learning to navigate the world, any children in his home should be older teens. Max is a very strong boy.<br/><br/>Max is ready to begin a wonderful new chapter. If you are interested in adopting please come to the shelter on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12-4pm, and bring your other household members and any dogs that live in the home.
