Mango - See Video! English Setter Argyle, TX

Mango is a 7 years young purebred English Setter with papers. His life before rescue was a hunting dog and a kennel life. This easy going boy made a great transition to being a house dog with good manners. And now he is looking for someone who is an outdoorsy type that will enjoy time with Mango both inside the home and outside.

He is a very smart, confident, and friendly guy. He has been trained to hunt
quail and is very birdy. His foster Dad calls him a "very classy hunter". He
had been trained to an Invisible Fence.

He gets plenty of exercise outside so he is calm in the house. He
successfully integrated into a foster home with other resident and foster
dogs after only being there for one month and he housetrained quickly. He is
very good about not climbing up on you and generally stays off the couch.
Mango discovered the joys of toys and being a lap dog in his foster home and
will climb up in his Foster Dad's lap. His favorite thing is to lay on the
floor next to foster Dad when he is sitting on the couch.

He's working on leash training. He lives in a foster home with a lot of
dogs, and he is very social with all types of dog personalities. He rides in
a car very well. He crates inside at night and is very quiet.

Mango is altered, up to date on his vaccinations, and micro-chipped. He is
heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative. His foster home is located in Argyle TX.
