Meet Mama Bear
Meet Mama Bear, a ~10 year old, 100 pound Akita
Mama is such a wonderful, beautiful, even and well-mannered, loving dog. She is calm, gentle and receptive, and she loves to be brushed. Mama is friendly and connected and walks wonderfully on leash. Mama Bear has a lot of life in her and would love to go home with you.
Mama came in with her sissy and loves visiting with her. She does well with other properly matched dogs. We aren’t sure about how she is with kitties.
Mama Bear can be seen at the Placer County Animal Services Center

Shelter hours:
Monday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Adoptions end at 4:30 p.m.)
