Their owner was arrested and charged with animal cruelty after both girls were found severely underweight, with harnesses literally embedded in their skin.<br/><br/>While the person responsible is being held accountable, Luna and Tina now begin the long road to healing. They will need medical care, good nutrition, patience, and lots of love as they learn what it means to be safe.
