Luna

Luna, spayed female 3y/o Anatolia Shepherd/Mastiff mix. Luna was surrendered weighing only 44lbs. She was covered in fleas and days from dying. I went to pick her up and cried all the way back to the shelter. I have no clue how someone could sit and watch this sweet girl starve to death and not do something. Luna has had Capstar and is starting to enjoy small meals. After a Dawn bath and some TLC, this girl is ready to find someone who will love and adore her. Even with all she has been through, she still just wants to be loved.<br/>Luna was spayed in April of 2026. She is up to date on vaccinations. She is being wormed. She is heartworm positive and will start slow-kill in the next few days. <br/>She is a dream on the leash. This girl sat as still as a mouse while she was heartworm tested. She is eating dry kibble from a slow feeder and her feedings are increasing in volume. She is sooooo sweet.
