Meet Lovely Rita!<br/><br/>Rita is a female, boxer/German shepherd mix and born December 2025! She came to B&B with her sister from a local shelter. She just oh so sweet and is adjusting to new life in her foster home and getting more confident each day! She loves to snuggle, be your shadow, and being around other dogs! She does well with kids and other dogs! Other dogs definitely help her with her confidence! She’s is working on her leash, crate, and potty training! Ready for a new best friend who is just a quirky, goofy, snoozy, girl looking for consistency and love, she is your girl! <br/><br/>Rita is being fostered in Richmond, VA. She is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and monthly preventatives. Her adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, and her upcoming spay. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dog’s age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.<br/><br/>Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
