Why we do what we do! Little Bob was hanging out in a park under a bench in the heat-people just walked on by, played softball, enjoyed their picnics and ignored him. It was one of the hottest days of summer. Little Bob got lucky because a friend of a friend saw him and couldn't believe her eyes. She immediately called us and he was taken in by our AMAZING trainer Leroy at Mission Underdog Group, was shaved down (he was in a lot of pain) and he was given a flea bath-poor thing was being eaten alive by fleas. He was quite sick, covered in matted fur and had some broken toes but is feeling a lot better now after many visits to our vet! Little Bob is a 4 year old toy poodle/bichon mix, weighs about 8 pounds and would be great in an adult only home with other dogs. He can be shy with men at first but once he gets to know you he'll be your best buddy! Little Bob would not be a good match in a home with children or with visiting children-this little sweetie needs someone patient and understanding. Did we mention that he LOVES other dogs! Southern CA area adoptions only-sorry but we do NOT adopt out of state
