Lilian #39093 Coonhound Cedar Rapids, IA

Lillian came into the shelter about a month ago as a stray. She is a 57 lb. Coonhound mix and is an adult.

Lillian is about as sweet as they get. Unlike many Coonhounds that are typical standoffish or not all that social, Lillian likes everyone and is quick to want to be with you where she can get her belly rubbed and back scratched. ?

She walks well on a leash but would certainly benefit from a harness. Although we can’t tell you that she is housebroke, every time she is taken out for a walk, she is quick to do her business in the grass.

Lillian has done well with the other dogs at the shelter. She is submissive with people and has a laid-back demeanor. Would describe her as having medium energy. She has had some training and she does a very nice sit, down, and we are working on her stay. Loves her treats like most dogs and takes them nicely out of hand

Lillian has had a dental since being here. Also her rabies, microchipped, and all vaccinations are up to date.
