Lexie's Story

Lexie is a 3 month old, 5 lb female Chiweenie mixed breed.

Lexie is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to her new home.

Lexie is an absolutely adorable Chiweenie (she may look part seal with those big eyes and flattened ears, but she’s 100% doggy). Lexie and her siblings were rescued from a home with people who had good intentions but could not adequately care for a litter of seven puppies. She is now in a safe and loving foster home where she is the star of her own show, and she loves the attention! Lexie is adjusting well to her life without her siblings, though at times a bit clingy, but she is happily adjusting to having plenty of attention and not having to share toys or food. The smallest of the litter, Lexie loves to snuggle up close to her fosters and would make a sweet pocket pup; her favorite place is snuggled up right next to you, and she's so tiny you won't even know she's there. She is working on potty training and sleeps comfortably in her crate, and also does well in the car despite some nervousness. This cutie is ready to start searching for her forever home and a family or person she can devote herself to. She might be a little clingy right now, but that’s just because she has so much love built up and nowhere to put it! She is looking for a forever family to devote herself to, so ask to meet this tiny girl today!

Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada.

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $800 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, microchip and transportation fees.

If interested in learning more, please email us at faithandhopeadoptions@gmail.com or fill out our online application.

https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp

If interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.

Due to the number of requests that we receive on our adoptable pets, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received.
