Lena Staffordshire Bull Terrier Dillsburg, PA

Lena is around a year old and 27 lbs. Lena was rescued with 50+ other dogs in a hording situation. She spent most of her life in a cage with limited interaction with people. She is shy and nervous at first but warms up quickly. She is amazingly sweet and loving. She will need someone with patience and wiliness to teach her. Walks well on a leash but is scared of moving cars. She loves playing with her 2 sisters that came to the rescue with her. Lena would do great in a home with another dog to help teach her the ropes but isn't necessary.

Lena was brought in with her 2 sisters. They were seized due to a hording situation. They are around a year old and lived most of their lives in a crate. Lena is nervous and shy in new situations. She warms up quickly and is a huge love bug. She enjoys receiving affection, playing with toys, and going for walks. Due to being in a cage she was not thought many manors or basic obedience. She is highly food motivated and will do great with some work and a basic obedience course. Her ideal home would be as an only pet or in a home with dominate animal as she can be territorial towards animals and assorts dominance. She does not do this with her sisters so with some patience, work, and the right animal companion we believe she will over come this.
