Introducing Layla! This exercise motivated gal has the most beautiful coloring! Volunteers have found Layla is a very, very fast runner in our play yard! Did we mention she is exercise motivated? Layla will thrive best with a very active family! Daily (perhaps twice a day) runs and weekends hiking are a must for this beauty. A short walk here or there will simply not do. Staff and volunteers have found Layla to have some guarding issues (mainly food) so she does have child restrictions. Layla will thrive with slow intros to new people, new objects and new environments. Layla's new family will need to have lots of time and patience available for general socialization, basic training and house manners. Once Layla warms up to new humans she meets she can be very sweet, but she is very cautious at first. Because of high prey drive, Layla is seeking a new home with no cats or small mammals. Canine sibling would need a meet and greet. Did we mention LAYLA is exercise motivated? (honestly not very treat motivated) Layla is a 2 year old spayed female Catahoula Leopard Mix!
