Meet Lark

Meet Lark! Lark is around 4.5 years old, and is a female, Dachshund mix. She is very sweet and enjoys both playing with her fur siblings and cuddling with her humans. She also gets along well with cats. Lark is current on her shots, is kennel trained, and appears to be house trained. Unfortunately although she shows no symptoms, she is heartworm positive. Lark is undergoing treatment and should be heartworm free in 12 to 18 months. Medication consists of the same thing you use for heartworm protection, a monthly heartgard pill. Her heartworm treatment for the 18 months is sponsored and will be sent home with her adoptive family. Lark gets spayed on January 30th and will then be ready to go to her forever home.
