She’s calm, sweet, and carries herself like a high maintenance princess. She just wants to quietly follow you around, sit politely at your feet, and judge you for not giving her the last bite of your sandwich.<br/><br/>We think Lady is a 4-5 year old Cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Poodle mix). She came to us from a rural shelter where she was dumped for not being house trained. We're hoping to find some level headed people that realize dogs may need a bit of training sometimes.<br/><br/>While Lady is a generally well behaved dog, we havent had her for very long and our experience with her is that she would probably prefer to be the only animal in the home. She could possibly learn to ignore a calm, respectful cat or small dog, but she’s had issues with dogs in the past who werent really dont anything to her. We think she might just be jealous and a little stressed about her new environment. So to be safe, we would prefer she be your one and only princess. If you think you might be a good fit, let's chat! <br/><br/>Lady is a breed that requires frequent grooming. <br/>Her curly coat can get easily matted if not brushed and trimmed frequently. For this reason, we hope to find Lady a home that is experienced with Poodle coats or dogs with high maintenance grooming needs.
